Do you have a local store?
No, we currently do not have a local store. You can only order Black Panther products online.

How long does it take to ship?
We try to get your product shipped as soon as possible. The following gives you a guideline of our Shipping Policies.
For the ceramic and plaster statues, please allow 3-7 days to get the item ready to be shipped plus shipping time of approximately 3-5 days depending on your location. Sculptures are made-to-order and will be shipped in 2 to 3 weeks.  The Black Panther Pictures each have a different shipping time, please see individual picture description for approximate shipping times. The other products will be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex Ground (some of the smaller items will be shipped via USPS) within 1-3 days plus shipping time of approximately 3-5 days depending on your location. A flat shipping charge based on product selection is added to the order. Our products are shipped from multiple locations depending upon which products are ordered.

What is your return policy?
30 Day Money Back Guarantee:
We know you will be completely satisfied with your Black Panther Animal Products. If for any reason you would like to return your item or maybe exchange for another size, just let us know. Please contact us within 30 days with any problems or concerns with your Black Panther Product. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number and the product will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation. We pride ourselves on our high customer service standards, so if you are unhappy in any way, please contact us with your concern. If you are not totally satisfied with our product, you can return it in its original undamaged condition for a refund minus the shipping cost less 10% within 30 days. Please email us via the contact form 
for a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

Returns on damaged products:
If your product was delivered damaged, please keep original packing and damaged product for carrier to look at. Please email us via the contact form 
for a return authorization number. Any defective product can be returned within 30 days of receiving product for a full refund minus shipping costs or replaced with a new product. Another product will be shipped as soon as possible to replace damaged item. We will advise instruction to ship the damaged product back.

Returns on incorrect products:
If an incorrect product was delivered due to our mistake, we will ship the correct product to you as soon as possible to replace incorrect item. Please email us via the contact form 
for a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship UPS or Fed Ex Ground (some of the smaller items will be shipped via USPS).

Do you charge Sales Tax?
8.10% sales tax will apply to all Nevada orders only. All other states will not be charged sales tax.

How can I check my order status?
You should received an order status update when your order is received and when your order is shipped. If you have any further questions, please email us via the contact form

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal. We also accept cashier’s checks or money orders. In the event you use a cashier’s check or money order, please send to:

Do you accept International orders?
Yes we ship some items overseas, please email us via the contact form with SKU number and address for a quote.

Why does it take longer to ship ceramic or sculpture products?
We try to keep a stock of all of our items, but it takes 3-7 days to complete the ceramic or plaster Black Panthers to get them ready to be shipped.  The sculptures are made-to-order and will be shipped in 2 to 3 weeks.

What location do the products get shipped from?
We ship from multiple locations depending upon which products are ordered.

Can I get my tracking number?
Once we process your order, we will send the shipment tracking info via email. Please allow approximately 24 hours before tracking your package.

What if my product is out of stock?
We try our best to keep all items in stock, but in the event an item you purchased is back ordered or out of stock, we will send you an email or contact you. We will inform you when we expect to receive our restock of the item. You may choose to either wait for your back ordered item, select a different item, or cancel your order at that time.
